Description
Alterations in RNA processing have recently emerged as a new cancer hallmark and a promising target for cancer therapies. This topic’s sophomore conference will explore how RNA processing causes cancer development and how it can be targeted to develop novel cancer therapeutics. This year’s program will foster collaboration among cancer researchers, RNA scientists, clinicians, and drug development companies to discuss this research.
This year’s program aims to accelerate the translation of fundamental advances into novel clinical cancer treatments and to encourage and support early-career investigators and those from historically excluded groups to continue pursuing research at the intersection of RNA and cancer.
